VitaRelay is the healthcare commerce and practice enablement platform that connects physician practices, clinics, and licensed compounding pharmacies — so prescriptions move from the exam room to the patient's door quickly, securely, and compliantly.
We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, or distributor. Licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies dispense every product pursuant to a valid prescription. VitaRelay provides the infrastructure in between: catalog, ordering, fulfillment, payments, and practice tools.

VitaRelay is built to HIPAA standards. Protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and least-privilege, and every sensitive action is audit-logged. We sign Business Associate Agreements with the practices and pharmacies we serve.
AICPA SOC 2 audited
Our security, availability, and confidentiality controls have been examined under the AICPA SOC 2 framework by an independent auditor.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified
Our information security management system is certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for managing information security.
LegitScript certified
VitaRelay.com is LegitScript certified, confirming compliance with standards for telemedicine and healthcare-related e-commerce platforms.
PCI DSS
Payment processing follows PCI DSS practices. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on VitaRelay servers.
Encrypted infrastructure
All traffic runs over TLS with 256-bit encryption. Data is stored in hardened cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring and least-privilege access controls.
